Are all the products you sell original?
YES, YES and again YES. We already have 5-6 years of experience in hookah market and lots of connections. ALL the products are original and are being sold in it’s orignal packaging! We are proud to offer you exclusive products and in big range that are very difficult to find and for reasonable prices compared to other sellers in EU.
Do you often change the prices?
The prices may vary due to exchange rate. We try to keep them the same.
Where do you get your products from?
This is confidential information.
Where are you shipping from?
Spain
Can I visit your physical shop?
No, we work exclusively online. No exceptions. We would glad to, but we have no other choice but to stay incognito.
Can you ship to all countries?
Yes, we ship to all EU countries, also to UK. Please contact us if you are outside EU.
Do you have a phone number?
No, you can contact us through instagram, facebook or email. We try to answer as soon as possible.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, you can order only 1 product aswel.
What are the shipment costs?
Spain/Portugal from 5€ / 0-2kg
France/Benelux from 7€ / 0-2kg
Germany/Italy from 14€ / 0-2kg
… It depends on your country. See exact prices when checking out.
When do you ship my order/parcel?
Most of the time the next day after placing an order if not too late in the evening. But sometimes it might take up to 3 working days or even more, but this is exceptional (we always inform the problem). All the orders placed Friday are being shipped Monday.
We work from Monday to Friday.
What kind of transport companies do you use?
This information is confidential to public. However you will know it after placing and paying the order. For each country we chose the safest way of shipment.
How long does it take for the parcel to arrive?
It depends on your country.
From 1 to 5 working days (weekends are not included). Exceptional 2 weeks.
Please don’t contact us every single day if the parcel didn’t move several days on your tracking number, be patient, there might be busy periods, holidays or transport companies might be overflown with parcels.
We don’t recommend express deliveries, the chances are big the customs will control and seize it.
Are there customs?
Of course, each country of the world has customs.
Luckily to open and free economic trade agreements between EU countries, the parcels are not being controlled.
However, we sometimes lose packages because of the customs. Each country has right to control incoming parcel, even inside EU. But the chances are very small.
Keep in mind, we are not responsable for any parcels that are lost, stolen or ceased by customs!
I received wrong order or the products are missing.
No worries, it almost never happens. Anyway we are human aswel. We don’t deny our mistakes. We will resend the missing product with next delivery or send you refund as you prefer. We don’t accept lies, before sending the parcel we make pictures to avoid this kind of situations. If you received totally wrong order. We will create a new shipment label to return the goods, when received we send you the correct order or send you the refund.
Do you sell EU quality products?
Yes and no. Our goal is to provide our customers the highest quality products from Russia and USA. But some popular brands we are not able to reach, this is why we also sell EU products. Our Adalya is Spanish/Portuguese. Al Fakher is Spanish, but also from the US.
Will your products cause any health problems?
We are selling smoking products that contain nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical. And other chemicals like flavouring and coloring that may cause damage to your health. We don’t promote smoking. Use it wisely on your own responsability. We are not responsible for any consequences.
Once again, what we DO ensure you is that ALL our products are 100% ORIGINAL. This is our most important job! Before buying contact the brand/factory itself. If any health problems appeared after smoking contact the brand/factory aswel, see information on the packaging. All our products are being sold in its original packaging.
